Account limit?

Hi so I tried to register for a normal account, not just a guest account, and it made me make a guest account and when I tried to register for a normal account immediately I got a notification saying I maxed out on the accounts I could make? But I only made one? I’m not sure what I did wrong lol. Another thing is I used to have an account on teen chat, but when I tried to log in it says the account doesn’t exist or anything. Pls tell me what I’m doing wrong here :(
 
1: Try to clear your cookies, turn airplane mode on and off, or use a different device.
2: Accounts autodelete after a certain amount of time.
