You weren't banned but kicked. Zagoate was kicked immediately. If he's breaking the rule, doesn't mean u gotta break some too? Maybe ignore him and report him. You don't need to stoop down to his level.

You were banned cuz you reached your max kicks. This means you had enough chances to be appropriate but you chose not to.
 
You have been told the reason for your kick at least twice now. It is not our fault that you could not control yourself to the point where we reached maximum tolerance for your activity
