Being harrased by Native Boi - user here

Hi,

This is regarding an user named Native boi who has been troubling me.
I have told him to back off and not contact me but he refuses and makes it really difficult for me..
I have blocked him but he comes in guest id's and troubles me. I put those id's in ignore and reported them as fraud attempt but then I got a message from system saying I have completed my quota of registering complaints
He has now opened several user accounts to get in touch with me..
1. Nayana
2. Alternative
3. Qq
4. Buttering
5. My man


Please help me..pls warn him not to trouble me .

I have blocked him and very clearly told him I don't want to talk to him... if he likes me then why does he abuse dirty on mains.. he is obviously toxic and doesn't know how to handle rejection.. so many new user id's created in matter of 10 minutes.. he is insane.. I dont want to he liked by anyone like this.. it is weird and crazy
