You must follow all the rules we have outlined in our Chat Rules. If you do not comply, you must leave.

User Generated Content (UGC):

We do not allow personal information to be shared in public. If we see it, we will remove it and we can possibly warn, kick or ban your account

Users are solely responsible for the content they submit, post, or share on the platform. By uploading or publishing any materials, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to do so and that your content complies with all applicable laws and our community standards.

No nudity is allowed on our APP. A permanent ban may result. Although our APP utilizes Artificial Intelligence and hashtag technology to detect and block nude images from being uploaded, if you do happen to see this, please use the report button or speak to a moderator or administrator immediately. The image will be removed promptly and the offending user banned and appropriately reported to authorities.

The posting, sharing, or distribution of illegal, harmful, or abusive material is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexually exploitative or non-consensual content, material that promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, harassment, fraud, or any other unlawful activity. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, cooperate with law enforcement when required, and suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

You are solely responsible for protecting your own account passwords and other account information.

For added safety we allow the reporting of private messages directly to a moderator for action. Private messages are only kept for a limited time and automatically purged daily.

If you witness any situations where another user is attempting to obtain personal information from you please report this directly a moderator using our in-chat reporting tool or directly contacting a moderator.

How do we protect users from illegal content?

• Robust automated systems to help detect CSAM using hashtag systems provided by Cloudflare. These are highly effective in stopping CSAM from being uploaded to the website.
• Algorithms from our Artificial Intelligence tools (powered by ChatGPT) are fully implemented into areas where user generated content is present. This will also block inappropriate images from being uploaded.
• Human moderation which helps monitor reports, visually monitors chat logs and swiftly remove illegal content.
• Word filters and spam filters built into the system to stop the use of obscene language, inappropriate links and other illegal content.
• Simple and easy to use illegal content reporting tool available to all users to report any violations.
• Users who violate our Terms of Service through illegal activity, or in situations where we believe a user may be at risk of harm, may be reported to law enforcement or appropriate child protection organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• Messages and images are automatically deleted after a short period. This helps ensure that any illegal content not caught by moderation or automated systems is not retained on our servers, and prevents it from being redistributed or accessed via links.
• Preventive measures put in place to prevent certain age groups from contacting each other (will be released shortly).

Account Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate your account at our soul discretion for any reason we deem necessary. This includes, but not limited to, any violation of our chat rules or terms of use agreement.

Law Enforcement:

We reserve the right to use your IP address when working with law enforcement agencies. This includes crimes such as exploiting, hacking, grooming minors, posting CSAM and spamming. Email addresses may also be provided when applicable.

Remarks regarding Child Safety:

Online interactions come with real risks, and every person has a responsibility to use the internet thoughtfully and cautiously. While our website strives to maintain a safe, respectful environment and cooperates with law enforcement worldwide, we do not replace the role of parents or guardians, nor do we act as law enforcement. We cannot monitor or control every individual action online. Users should remain alert to potential dangers, protect their personal information, and make careful choices about what they share and who they engage with. For minors, guidance and supervision should come from parents or guardians, who play a crucial role in teaching safe online behavior, setting boundaries, and staying involved in how their children use the internet. Our platform is one part of a broader safety picture, but personal responsibility and proper parenting are essential for truly staying safe online.
