I've refresh the page several times,
Logged out several times.
Still the same problems.

Good morning colleagues, I also need help I'm having the same problem. I can't hear the notifications that arrive in the chat, when I connect and messages start coming in, I can't hear anything. I have tried to see if the sound works in other chat rooms and it does. But here there is no way, also I have restarted and so on and I can not solve the problem

I know what sound your talking about, it’s very annoying. You should try tapping out the the tab, or just turn all your notifications off. (hoped this helped) ~Addison~
