so it’s my fault I got hacked. Had to reset EVERYTHING! Close PayPal, tell Amazon that I didn’t order such items???

I don’t really understand the point of this thread. Judging by title you can’t create an account because it says maximum registrations have been reached. That means you’re trying to bypass a ban

Then the first post here just tells us you didn’t delete the old account so you’re asking if you should create a new account?

Inactive accounts auto delete if that’s your concern
