I really started at page 6, and read everything okay so first things first, if you're a super admin on another chat site you sure as hell sit your ass on org all fucking day and complain. @Rosalina as for the @Hans situation, his first language is not English so he's gonna mess up. If nothing is wrong in the rp room then there wasn't anything that needed to be kicked, also some mods do warn, NEW USERS, GUEST, etc as i said SOME, i'm one of them unless i feel like u don't need a warning at all and i want to be an ass 
Another thing @ʟᴏғᴜ has been a mod for almost a year now literally don't need to be talking bout what she's doing or saying which you complain almost about everything which is actually annoying as fuck.
