Parents don't understand what PRIVACY is.

In a home smh. I had a fight with my parents about a candy wrapper. I wonder if this COVID has done something with their minds or in general or they simply do not know how to have good parenting. Then they were talking about my room? I am confused why they touch myself in my room and throw things away. I think just coming into my room without permission while I am at school is invading my privacy although it is their house. It is kind of strange. Maybe because they think I am unhealthy? I wonder what it is, but their parenting is still horrible. I want to get out of the house, but I can't. It is going to be a few years before I move out, sadly.

The issue of the parent-child relationship is quite complex and sometimes as problematic as possible. I have read a lot of research on this, including on the site https://edubirdie.com/examples/ Here I find information on many topics, including those that deal with the psychological relationship between parents and children.
Did you talk to your parents about your desire for more personal freedom?

I have, however when I do speak about these problems about privacy and freedom, settle fights emerge into big ones. There's always a problem in my household and this is hard to explain. Just communication wise and communication is top priority, but nothing close except disagreements and dead ends. Everything repeats and everyone goes to bed angry, no solutions. So, therefore I have to deal with every obstacle or whatever hits me over and over again.

Easy understanding by three words: Restrictions, authorities, and rules.

I had same problems but after I turned 15 they stopped grounding me or entering in my room, anyways I'll be 18 soon and move away and live alone in peace 😎

Honestly, as time passed by my parents slowly gave me space and independence. I think they are understanding me a bit more. I'm not quite sure though.
