I was permanently banned for no reason

Ok, so I was on the chat, talking to some of my friends, when all of the sudden my page re-loaded and it said "YOU ARE BANNED FROM THE TEEN CHAT! YOU CAN NOT ENTER!" and I was confused. I didn't do anything to get banned, I followed all the rules. I dont get how I could get banned but pedophiles don't get banned. If any of you can help me, it would be great! (And if you're a mod, and you know how to un-ban me, I would really appreciate it. My account is willtolewilltolivewednesda)
