I can't use the cam option in mobile :/

Hey!
For some reason I cant use the camera option when i am in Mobile..the camera logo is there but dark so i cant click on it and also i cant see if someone actives his/her camera and cant open it.

I checked my web setting (chrome) but there is nothing about camera in the settings of the chat web..(only sound and its disabled).
Any help?
