Got banned for no reason?

Hey I just got banned for no reason today and i'm wondering if it could be lifted, it was between 1pm to 2pm today and i got off the site for like 2 min, got back on to reply to someone and a message popped up stating "You have been banned from this site. You cannot enter!" and the reason was spamming which i wasn't doing, my account name is Ideklmao and theres like 4 numbers at the end idk the exact numbers, but i know 69 is in there lol
