DM's Deleting

When logging in I have noticed my DM's have been deleted. This happens with guests, users and VIP messeges it is not only I who has come across this other users have complained about the same thing. Could this be fixed please?

It's a normal issue, they gets deleted every 24 hours I believe and concerning the guests after they log off sometimes their whole account disappears including their pms as well

It never used to happen, I had DM's from people much longer that that. There were unread DM's being deleted and it's a little annoying. I understand guests logging off and their messeges being deleted they're not users.

i mean y help when its not something we can control its admins site not ours it should be his job

same thing i dont feel we should have to pay for sumn det they supposed to have together in da first place.
