Ban appeal

Hello. I made an account on this website yesterday and have been socialising with people in pm’s and the ‘Cuties‘ Chatroom, and was having a conversation with someone when my message was suddenly marked as spam And my account was banned almost immediately afterwards, I cannot make a new one either. I was not spamming at all and had no Intention of breaking the rules of the site. I would appreciate it if you could look into the ban and either explain why it happened or unban me as it seems like some sort of error.
I apologise for any inconvenience I may cause.
