The answer is no. Anyone with a registered account can gift other users VIP. But that comes at a cost, which mods and admins also have to pay. Even the giveaways are paid for. So please respect this, and stop begging the staff for VIP. It costs just as much for us to buy it as it does for you. Thanks.
