Others stores that are okay but I don't love: GAP, Delia's*, Charlotte Russe, and Claire's (especially for earrings and purses)... Maurice's is a fine store as well but it's targeted more towards an older age group, just saying as I'm guessing you're a teen. If you have one in your area you might want to check that out too. And if all else fails, try a local thrift store. You never know what hidden treasures you can find there. If you're trying to look extra cheap give Ross a shot. Target (although + than Walmart) is a great store for groceries, toys, and furniture, but for clothes it's mostly just recycled ideas from other places.
Good luck, and make sure you only wear the things you feel comfortable in. ~
Omg yes, the Justice obsession stage xD OK, so I pretty much get all my clothes from Topshop, online or in stores. Sometimes I go to Urban Outfitters, Nordstrom, Zara, or Brandy Melville tho.

All the best, and make sure you only wear the things you feel safe in.

I almost shop exclusively at h&m and forever 21 as they sell affordable petite clothes.
