Hey all!<\/p>\n
By now you \u00a0probably have heard about the latest school shooting in Florida which happened at\u00a0Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Valentine’s Day.<\/p>\n
If this is not a cry for stricter gun control than i don’t know what is. \u00a0 It is just crazy to think that a teenager who has shown erratic or mental behaviour was able to pass a\u00a0gun background check system in February 2017. \u00a0 \u00a0 He was able to get an AR-15.<\/p>\n
Another silly thing is, why do people even need an assault rifle? \u00a0These are things we see in video games like Call of Duty. \u00a0Not something we teenagers should be possessing. \u00a0 For hunting? \u00a0For self defence? \u00a0C’mon get real.<\/p>\n
As it looks like gun ownership will not be going away anytime soon, we must all do a better job of keeping an eye on people around us. \u00a0If you know of anyone demonstrating strange violent behaviour (even if it is stated on social media) , you must be prepared to report this individual to your school or the local authorities.<\/p>\n
We need to put an end to this senseless violence once and for all.<\/p>\n
